UND ALLE TIERE RUFEN: DIESER TITEL RETTET DIE WELT AUCH NICHT MEHR (MONKEY GONE TO HEAVEN)

a requiem-manifesto of extinction | Thomas Köck
€ 18,50 / € 9 (red.)
Tickets available HERE

The animals of the world are speaking up, singing a many-voiced outro to fauna and mankind. They speak about extinction and about memories “of futures that have not yet existed at all – memories of lives and existences that never will have been lived.” Thomas Köck, two-time winner of the renowned Mülheimer Dramatist Award, deliberates on a different notion of time, temporality, and responsibility in his play. Director Marie Bues, who has also directed Köck’s acclaimed Climate Trilogy, now stages with greatest urgency the gloomy requiem manifesto as a live audio play amid the greenery of the Heimatsaal Garden.
