Who is permitted to make their voices heard? And where are they allowed to speak? Authors featured at the festival have written speeches that demand to be heard. Thus, freedom of speech becomes mobile and spreads artistic concerns throughout the city. And the Talk-Mobile – a hybrid between pulpit, lectern and platform for the public sphere – takes dramatic speech right where it belongs: into the streets, among the people.
